We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Kindergarten to lead our Early Years program with passion and excellence. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape young learners' educational journey while managing and inspiring a dedicated team of educators.
Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Early Years curriculum.
- Lead and mentor a team of kindergarten teachers to maintain high-quality teaching and learning.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support individual needs.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the broader school community.
- Develop and manage the kindergarten department’s goals, policies, and resources in alignment with the school’s vision.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, including leadership in an Early Years setting.
- Deep understanding of Early Childhood pedagogies and practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (if applicable).
