Head of Kindergarten

We are looking for an experienced, innovative Early Years leader to join Bright Learners Private School in the position of Head of Kindergarten. The successful candidate will play a major role on the Senior Leadership Team supporting the Principal in driving forward Early Years Education at Bright Learners Private School. 

We are looking for an inspiring leader with strong leadership skills, instructional expertise, high-energy and commitment. The candidate will recognize the potential of our students, have a visible learning approach, and have the appropriate temperament to work with a young, vibrant learning community.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the school’s Vision and Mission, Bright Learners’ Core Values, policies and practices. 

To be considered for this role, candidate must :

• Be an effective and dynamic leader with a proven track record in school improvement that can be demonstrated through data.
• Have strong understanding of the DSIB inspection framework and American Common Core standards.
• Have extensive experience of leading Early Years Education through inspection, achieving significant impact during the process.
• Be very active and have a strong presence throughout the school by demonstrating and modeling high-qulality instruction.
• Must be able to hold teachers accountable for schoolwide expectations
