Job overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of Learning Enhancement (SENDCO) to lead our Senior School’s Learning Enhancement Department. This role involves providing support and guidance for both pupils and teachers, ensuring that every student can achieve their full academic potential and engage fully in school life.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of four SEND teachers and four Learning Support Assistants, working closely with students in Years 9-13, especially those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Responsibilities include managing exam access arrangements, offering specialist support, and collaborating with staff across the school.
