About the Role

 

Are you passionate about driving teaching and learning excellence? Do you thrive on shaping innovative strategies that empower teachers and enhance student outcomes? We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Head of Quality Improvement at SCC Group. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies to improve teaching and learning across our institution.

 

You will support teaching and learning excellence aligned with the organization’s goals and lead initiatives to enhance the quality of education, ensuring alignment with national standards and regulatory requirements. You will also provide expert advice and professional development opportunities for staff, enhancing pedagogical skills and knowledge, whilst promoting the adoption of evidence-based teaching practices and the integration of new technologies.

 

Working closely with academic leaders to share best practice and embed quality improvement measures across all areas of the college, you will engage with learners and stakeholders to ensure their voices shape the development of the college’s approach. A key focus will be embedding and continuously improving the quality cycle supporting and guiding staff to ensure the highest standards of educational practice are achieved and sustained.
