We are consistently in the TOP TWO non-selective secondary schools in Lincolnshire and outperform local grammar schools. In May 2022, Ofsted graded our school as Good with outstanding features and said "senior leaders lead with a strong moral purpose and vision focused on what is right for students" and "students and parents/carers recognise and appreciate that the pastoral care is exceptional." Bourne Academy was also awarded ‘Secondary School of the Year’ at the 2023 Lincolnshire Free Press and Spalding Guardian Education Awards. Our results show that Bourne Academy is truly an exceptional school, which our students and staff are proud to be part of.

If you have the enthusiasm and the passion for school improvement to take Bourne Academy to the next level, then we want to hear from you.

Working with the Trust CEO and Deputy CEOs, the Head of School will be responsible for continuing to develop and improve the school by raising attainment, focusing on the quality of teaching and learning, develop curriculum offering plus ensure Bourne Academy continues to be the leading school in the local area.

This is an exciting time to join the school and Trust as Bourne Academy will be benefiting from an expansion through capital investment with new buildings and facilities.
