The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working within a SEND department and will demonstrate:
- The ability to support the department in delivering the highest standards of care and support for our pupils across Years 7-11.
- A strong understanding of current SEND practices and effective intervention strategies.
- The capability to work with students of varying abilities, providing tailored support across both key stages.
