The International School Basel (ISB) is an English-language international day school for students from ages 3 to 18. ISB is home to approximately 1,250 students who enjoy modern purpose-built facilities on three campuses clustered a few kilometers south of Basel in the towns of Reinach and Aesch. THE POSITION
As the Head of Individuals and Societies you will lead and manage the Grade 9 to 12 I&S Teachers, develop the teaching and learning, manage resources and risks, as well as collaborate with other departments and teams across the school. This position consists of an 80% teaching load as a Teacher of I&S in Grades 9 to 12. Our ideal candidate for this position has leadership experience and experience in teaching Individuals and Societies with a focus on Geography in both the IB Middle Years Programme and the IB Diploma Programme as well as leadership experience.
