Dulwich College (Singapore) is recruiting a Head of World Languages in our Senior School for an August 2025 start.
The successful candidate will support and oversee all languages, including First Language (all languages other than English), SSST, English B and English ESL, nurturing and maintaining a culture of continuous reflection where sharing best practice takes place within each language, and across the languages. They will support the teaching of languages across the Senior School, assisting staff with resources suitable for the teaching, learning and assessment of languages, and manage and oversee the curriculum for all languages across all sections of the Senior School. Ideal candidates will have the ability to inspire and motivate students with a diverse range of talent and ability. Experience of IGCSE and/or IB is beneficial.

Dulwich College (Singapore) is a globally renowned international school educating more than 2,900 students from Toddlers (age 2) to Year 13 (age 18). The College was founded in 2014 on the ethos and values of the British independent schooling system and was the seventh College to join the Dulwich family of schools. The Senior School
Our Senior School offers a comprehensive educational programme for 1,400 students aged 11 and 18, spanning Lower, Middle, and Upper Senior School. Our relational approach fosters a positive learning culture that permeates the entire community.
Building upon the strong foundation laid in Junior School, Years 7 and 8 (Lower Senior School) provide a dynamic environment where students explore all areas of learning, developing breadth and curiosity. In Middle Senior School (Years 9-11), students focus on IGCSE courses, acquiring the skills and approaches to learning needed for success in their final school years. Years 12 and 13 (Upper Senior School) are where students tailor their academic path to their strengths, choosing between the IB Diploma Programme, the IB Careers-related Programme, or a combination of IB courses, ensuring a personalised journey that equips them for life beyond school.
