We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Year to join our experienced team at Campion. This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, Term time only plus 2 weeks.
This Head of Year position within the Pastoral Team offers a significant opportunity to positively impact students' academic and personal development while fostering strong connections with families and support agencies.
The role demands comprehensive pastoral oversight to ensure students excel academically and personally, cultivating pride in their school community.
The ideal candidate should possess proven experience engaging with young people and a commitment to their well-being and success.

Campion School in Bugbrooke, Near Northampton, is a co-educational secondary school. It became a Language College in September 1997 and an academy in 2011.
The school adopts the latest teaching pedagogy and staff engage in an internal teaching and learning development programme called “XL” (Leading to Excellent Teaching). A continual evaluation cycle measures the effectiveness of Campion School’s work and identifies the next steps to be taken to ensure continuous improvement in all areas of teaching and learning.
