Term Time + 3 Week (PD Days + 2 weeks administration hours)
Scale 6 (£15.84 - £16.93 per hour)

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who will be working as part of the pastoral team. Under the guidance of the Senior Vice Principal this person will undertake pastoral/administrative processes within their year group.
Main responsibilities
· Be responsible for and lead a year group throughout the academic year.
· Provide pastoral support, guidance and interventions.
· To engage with key stakeholders including, staff, parents, carers and outside agencies.
· To support students and families to identify barriers to learning and agree a way forward.
· Support students with positive attendance and punctuality to school and lessons.
· Provide general pastoral administrative support as appropriate according to the needs of student and the school.
