Job overview
We are seeking an inspirational leader who will provide vision and dynamic leadership for our school to ensure high quality, inclusive and comprehensive education for all its students.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Senior Leader or Head Teacher who can demonstrate that they are innovative and willing to share expertise, time and capacity to support the quality of experience for students and staff.
The successful candidate will not only have the opportunity to work to shape the development of the school, but they will also be a key member of the wider Trust team of school leaders and educational specialists.
The successful candidate will perform the duties of Head Teacher in accordance with the conditions of employment as set out in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document, the National Standards of Excellence for Head Teachers and Nova Education Trust’s policies and procedures. They will provide professional leadership and management to the school that will promote a secure foundation from which to achieve high standards in all areas of the school’s work.
