Due to the retirement of the current Head Teacher, the Governors of Five Lanes Primary School are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced leader who has a commitment to children and families in the Wortley area.

We are seeking a person with a proven track record of successful leadership who is inclusive in their style and believes in the development of the whole child. You will need an up to date knowledge of the primary curriculum and be committed to working in partnership with other schools in the area.

We are looking forward to welcoming someone with the ambition and drive to take the school forward as we start a new chapter in the development and progression of our popular community school. Our new Head Teacher will lead a large staff team of hard working and committed staff, which includes a well-established and effective senior leadership team.
