Due to our current Headteacher relocating with his family to Cornwall, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional leader to join our Trust. As Headteacher, you will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of Aldersley High School and Amethyst Sixth, driving excellence in teaching, student achievement, and community engagement. You will uphold the Trust's core values and principles ensuring that all students receive a broad and balanced curriculum that prepares them for future success.

Aldersley High School, is part of a vibrant and ambitious Trust and places student welfare and high academic standards at the forefront of its ethos. The school benefits from a dedicated team, committed to providing exceptional education and developing the full potential of each student. This is a good school and we are looking for an exceptional leader to take the school onto the next stage of its' journey.

Amethyst Sixth Form is based in a purpose-built centre on the Aldersley High School site. It caters for over 300 students from both Aldersley and Moreton School and offers a broad range of academic and vocational courses. Our new inspirational Headteacher will continue to build on the strengths of Amethyst Sixth, making it the first choice for Amethyst students and the students in Wolverhampton.

Aldersley High School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, 11-18 academy with a sixth form, situated in Codsall in Wolverhampton.

Rated good by Ofsted in 2023, Aldersley High School is a vibrant and innovative school where we promote inspiring all our students to achieve excellence. We are an 11-18 Academy housed in newly refurbished modern accommodation; a bright and stimulating place for students to learn and for staff to work.
