The vacancy arises upon the retirement of the Headteacher Karen Saywood, at the end of the autumn term 2023.

valuable and enjoyable school life for all.

Braidwood Trust School for the Deaf is seeking a new Headteacher who has a passion

and commitment to the education and development of Deaf learners.

You will need an extensive understanding of Deaf education with a strong and enduring

commitment to British Sign Language and the employment of a Total Communication

approach.
