The responsibilities of the role are focused on establishing Coulsdon Sixth Form as the sixth form of choice for aspirational sixth form students in Croydon.  The Headteacher will lead on day-to-day operation of the campus, its development and growth, ensuring that the study programme meets the aspirations of the community it serves. The Headteacher will embody and add value to the vision, mission and strategy for the College, whilst always keeping student interests at the heart of decision making.


You should have a first degree, or equivalent, and a teaching qualification, together with demonstrable experience of successfully providing senior leadership in a 16-18 environment, which has led to an improvement in student outcomes. 

Our fantastic campus is in the heart of Old Coulsdon has exceptional facilities, creating a state-of-the-art learning and working environment.
