Headteacher

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and highly motivated Headteacher to drive up standards from ‘requires improvement’ to good, at a rapid pace.

Buckfastleigh Primary School is a founding member of the South Dartmoor Academy, a unique group of five local primary schools, one secondary and one studio school working together to ensure high quality 2-19 education for all our children.

As our Headteacher, you will be able to inspire and motivate those around you to ensure you bring out the best in everyone. Your vision and leadership will both challenge and stimulate and you will be successful in creating a culture of high expectations and maintain momentum in driving the school forward.
