Cradle Hill is a popular community primary school in Seaford, East Sussex, growing to over 600 pupils within four years and operating within a strong and collaborative local cluster of schools.

We need someone who wants to make what is good, better. We are looking for a proven leader and networker who is enthusiastic and energetic and who has a clear vision for our school.

• lead by example and motivate children and staff to achieve their full potential
• sustain the open and inclusive ethos of Cradle Hill
• work to listen to and develop the whole child
• promote and nurture the strong links with parents, the cluster, the community and our wider stakeholders
• continue to use the talents of our staff team to develop our creative teaching and learning environment
