Who we are: 

Imperial Oak Preparatory School is a unique learning environment in the heart of London Elephant and Castle. The school has 48 pupils capacity of KS1 with the intention to expand to KS2 in the next 2 years which will bring the total number of pupils then to 112.

We intend to strong reputation amongst the diverse community which it serves.


We are seeking a candidate who:

Will oversee the strategic direction, development and performance of the school, to drive excellence, enhance teaching and learning practices and have a commitment to a culture of diversity, inclusion and equality.

Will work with proprietors to develop a strategic vision for the school to meet the challenges of changing funding and demographics in the local area through close and detailed financial management and innovative approaches to income generation.

Has experience in managing or operating within challenging financial circumstances. 

Is innovative, inspirational, and able to motivate our staff and children ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Has proven leadership, interpersonal and management skills.

Can continue to build on strong relationships with parents, other local schools, and the wider community.
