Salary: Leadership Scale L12 – L18 (£58,105 - £66,684)

Appointment: Permanent – Full Time

White Woods Primary Academy Trust was established in September 2013. The Trust’s work is driven by 4 core values , our 4Cs: Child Centred, Collaborative, Curious and Challenging. We have a successful DfE English Hub within the Trust and a strong track record of developing effective approaches to reading. Our core focus is to support and grow the very best leaders, who are equipped to deliver excellence always keeping classroom practice at the forefront; keeping the main thing the main thing.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced school leader who aligns with our core values and has a strong track record of school improvement.

The academy serves one of the most deprived wards in the borough and works hard to support this incredible community. Having being judged inadequate in 2019 the school is now on its journey to good. We require an ambitious, determined and committed individual to help secure further positive outcomes for our young people, staff, families, and the wider community.

The post offers the opportunity to join the senior leadership team in a school that benefits from being part of a significant Multi-Academy Trust and is committed to making a difference to communities on a local level, while individually improving the life chances of all young people. The successful candidate will be expected to support and contribute to the wider development of the Academy Trust.

Salary negotiable for exceptional candidates and we would warmly invite conversations from individuals about other potential opportunities as part of the role.

Visits to the school and conversations with the Trust CEO are encouraged and can be arranged through the White Woods Primary Academy Trust Office by calling 01709 267019 or e-mailing admin@wwpat.org.
