We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and inspirational Headteacher who will provide an Outstanding educational experience for every pupil.
You will lead Gorseland Primary School forward to its next phase by building on the existing high-quality education and enriching learning experiences already in place for all our pupils.
The role will suit a current Headteacher who is looking to challenge themselves with the leadership of a large primary school of nearly 500 pupils and who has a proven track record of raising high standards to exceptional standards.
You will:
- be forward thinking and innovative in your approach to the evolving nature of education
- have outstanding communication and presentation skills
- be an inspiring and exceptional role model for the whole school community
- be an outstanding classroom practitioner
- enjoy working collaboratively with staff, pupils, parents and governors.
