Due to the promotion of our highly regarded Headteacher, the governors, staff, and children of The Mount Junior, Infant and Nursery School are looking to appoint a new Headteacher.

To ensure that the success and stability of the school is maintained, and the pupils continue to thrive, the governing body are looking to appoint an experienced, inspirational leader who will:

• Be a passionate and exemplary leader of teaching and learning.
• Have a proven track record as an ambitious, innovative, resourceful, and decisive school leader.
• Have the ability to cultivate, sustain and enhance the strong relationships with parents, staff, governors and other stakeholders.
• Be a positive and aspirational role model with excellent leadership, management, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Bring proven knowledge and experience of current Ofsted guidelines and requirements.
