St Michael’s CE Primary School is a high performing, two form entry school for boys & girls aged 3-11yr located in the heart of Southfields, a beautiful, leafy residential area between Wandsworth and Wimbledon. 

We are seeking an experienced candidate who will bring joy, ambition and compassionate leadership to ensure St Michael’s remains an exciting and safe place to learn, reinforce our Christian ethos and deliver on our strategic goals.

The right leader will have;

• proven and successful experience in school leadership and management 

• the ability to inspire and motivate

• excellent communication skills

• strategic vision and skillset to maintain and further develop partnerships between children, parents, governors and the wider community.

• the understanding and faith to promote and develop our distinctive Christian ethos
