Working with the close support of our Chief Operating Officer and our Regional Director, we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and talented Head Teacher; someone with the commitment and strategic vision to build a school which can achieve the very best for our young people. 

We are looking for an outstanding relationship builder, with the knowledge of how to inspire exceptional performance and maintain a positive and enthusiastic learning environment for pupils and colleagues alike. You will create and lead the vision of the curriculum and education programmes. creating an inclusive culture in line with the Aspris values. 

Roehampton Gate School (RGS) is a school for autistic young people age 7-19 working at broadly age -related expectations, who require additional nurture and support for their anxiety, in order to fulfil their potential. Located in Roehampton, SW London, we aim to deliver the highest level of education and care according to individual needs in a safe, positive and structured environment.
