Headteacher

As a Trust, we have two primary Headteacher roles available and are planning to recruit for both roles on the day should there be the right applicants for the role. If you are an innovative, details driven, aspirational leader, either with experience as a Headteacher or are ready to step into this exciting role as your next career move, we welcome your application. 

For each of the schools, we are looking for a visionary leader to set a clear path for the school, to continually develop its offer, and ensure children achieve exceptional results every year.

• Be a dynamic, energetic and a hands-on leader 
• Be a strategic thinker, able to ensure the success of the school whatever the prevailing climate

• Be an outstanding teacher 
• Be committed to building partnerships, both within the Trust and in the wider community 

Applicants must have a strong academic track record, demonstrate the potential to be an exceptional leader and have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all key stakeholders.
