ACS International Schools are recruiting a Science Teacher to join the High School team at our Cobham campus for January 2025 start.
You will be working within a campus of outstanding facilities in a beautiful countryside setting, inclusive of world-class facilities like our swimming pool, sports centre, and state-of-the-art theatre.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Educated to Bachelors degree or international equivalent as a minimum in the relevant subject or a B.Ed
- A teaching qualification such as a PGCE/Teaching licence
- Experience teaching Science to High School students ages 16-18
- IBDP/AP curricula experience is essential
- Strong IT skills
- Experience of/willingness to integrate technology to improve teaching and learning
- Demonstrable positive and tolerant outlook, enthusiasm for teaching and good understanding of behaviours of the relevant age group
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Experience of teaching in an international school is preferred
- Commitment to excellence in education

- A high degree of emotional intelligence, allied with outstanding interpersonal skills

ACS Cobham International School is a mixed, mainstream, all-through school with sixth form, for students aged 2-18. This independent school is located in Cobham, Surrey, and has approximately 1300 students enrolled.
ACS Cobham International School was founded in 1975 and is one of four ACS schools in England and Qatar. Boarding was added in 1988 and the school generally caters for expatriate families who have relocated to the UK.
