Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

LVS Oxford is a independent School for young people aged 11-19 with autism and offers a specialist and supported learning environment.

We wish to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, who will work closely with the Deputy Head for Teaching and Learning & the Vice Principal. The candidate would ideally have experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or a similar role, have knowledge of special educational needs, in particular children with autistic spectrum conditions.

They will be able to deliver small group sessions in a range of PSHE topics. An interest in supporting students in Maths and ICT to lower years would be an advantage.

This is a part time post, Monday - Wednesday, 08:30 - 16:00
