Here’s the standard bit: You’ll be assisting with all aspects of HR administration including employee on-boarding, contracts, and records management. Managing the HR database and ensuring accurate data entry to maintain employee records. Supporting the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, drafting job descriptions, and liaising with candidates. Assisting in employee training and development initiatives. Handling employee inquiries and providing timely and effective resolutions. Collaborating with HR team members to improve processes and contribute to HR projects.
What you’ll need: - We are looking for an individual with strong experience in an HR administration role who can demonstrate skills in the following:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
