Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a part-time HR Administrator on a fixed-term basis to join our team and cover a period of maternity leave, likely to end in June 2025.
As the HR Administrator, your responsibilities would include:
- Work with the HR Team with onboarding tasks, ensuring all actions are completed in a timely manner, as per the Master Recruitment Spreadsheet
- Manage the leaver process, including preparation of acceptance letters, preparing leaver forms and updating the HR systems accordingly
- Respond to reference requests in a timely manner
- Assist with the annual new staff induction days, and other INSET days as required
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of the HRIS (HR Information System) and Single Central Register, ensuring the integrity of the data entered
What we are looking for:
- A good standard of English and Maths (essential)
- Strong administrative skills and ability to prioritise effectively (essential)
- Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines (essential)
- CIPD level 3 (desirable)
- Experience of working within HR or a similar environment (desirable)
