We are recruiting an experienced HR Adviser to join our friendly and busy HR team. This is a varied role and will involve advising on employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and flexible working requests. You will play a key role in the recruitment and selection of staff, as well as supporting our absence process, and dealing with general queries.

We are seeking an individual with a generalist HR background who has previous experience in employee relations matters. You will work collaboratively and be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels. Attention to detail in your work will come naturally along with using your initiative; you will be comfortable working to tight deadlines when needed.
