Co-op Academies Trust is seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Advisor to join our Co-op Academy Swinton Academy Team.
As a HR Advisor, you'll provide a high-quality operational HR service to the local Academy team. Working closely with the Principal and wider leadership team, you’ll be the first point of contact for all HR matters including Employee Relations, supporting wellbeing and recruitment. You’ll be supported by the Regional HR Manager, and form part of the larger HR network across the Trust.
Successful candidates will have gravitas; feel comfortable to challenge (and be challenged!). It’s essential that you are CIPD qualified (or equivalent) or working towards qualified status, with up-to-date awareness of HR matters with a good understanding of employment law and HR good practice, ideally within an education setting.
As well as possessing the right skills and experience, as a 'people person' we’ll need you to have bags of enthusiasm and the ability to build strong working relationships, and influence others.
