The Accord Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Advisor to perform an integral role in delivering a high-quality, efficient and effective HR service to the Trust and allocated academies. This role has arisen as a result of the Trust seeking to add capacity to the team and strengthen the HR function.

You will provide timely and focussed Human Resources advice and guidance within established policies and procedures, supporting managers with recruitment and case management including absence, performance, conduct, and organisational change.

You will work collaboratively with other HR Advisors across the Trust and closely with senior leaders in academies and the Trust central team.

The Accord Multi Academy Trust was established in September 2016 and is made up of five academies. The Trust is committed to providing world class education for all our young people within our community and as such we recognise the pivotal role that our staff team have in this respect.
