We have an excellent opportunity for a committed, experienced HR professional to join us in our established, fast paced department. Ideally CIPD qualified, you will support all aspects of HR, undertaking duties across a wide range of activities at our Prep School. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required along with sound knowledge of employment law. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking to develop their existing Human Resources knowledge.
This role is based at the Prep School in the village of Wheathampstead, working 27.5 hours per week (ideally across 5 days, but can be flexible) for 37 weeks per year, all term time days, plus additional days in the school holidays.
