Job overview
The role sits within a busy HR & Finance department that currently consists of the Director of Finance & Resources, Finance Manager, Data Administrator and this role. The team is responsible for the provision of an efficient HR and Finance service across the school.
The core HR responsibilities of the department are supporting approximately 100 permanent members of staff (teaching and non-teaching) by advising on the Pilgrims’ School policies and ensuring robust HR Administration throughout e.g. recruitment, on boarding, appraisals and terms and condition changes.
The department work closely with other administrators within the school e.g. front office and the PA to the Headmaster.
