The Role
As an HR Assistant, you’ll support the Trust’s dynamic HR team, playing a pivotal role in recruitment, compliance and employee lifecycle processes. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you’ll contribute to maintaining a supportive, professional and efficient HR function across all Trust academies. What We Are Looking For
A proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities. In addition, excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships across the Trust.
Previous HR administration experience is required, along with experience in recruitment processes. A CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable, but your enthusiasm, adaptability and desire to make an impact are what matter most.
