An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Assistant to join our busy team. This is an interesting role in which you will provide a wide variety of administrative support to the HR department.
The HR Assistant will provide support to the HR team with all aspects of administration including (but not limited to) recruitment processes, maintaining the HR database along with processing leavers and contract variations.
The successful candidate should have a good all-round education (including Maths and English at level 2 or above) and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills. Ideally you will have experience working in a similar position, be a good communicator and fully proficient at using Microsoft Word and Excel along with the ability to maintain databases. Most importantly you must have a keen eye for detail, understand the need for confidentiality and have a proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
30 hours per week (To be worked over 4 or 5 days)
