About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer focused and detail orientated HR Assistant to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the HR team in an exciting period of growth. The post holder will play an integral role in providing the Best Imaginable onboarding and offboarding experience, whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and policy.


The ideal applicant will have:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced administrative post, preferably HR but not essential (we welcome applications from graduates who have undertaken placement years or internships to gain their experience);
  • Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as the ability to quickly learn HR systems;
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to manage conflicting priorities, and an excellent eye for detail;
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for delivering a highly efficient, effective and people-centred service.
