We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic HR Manager to join the team at Parrs Wood High School. You will provide a comprehensive HR service to the school taking full responsibility for day-to-day management of operational HR activities ensuring that all HR related matters are dealt with in an effective and consistent manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting on employee relations case management.
- Provide guidance and operational advice on a range of HR matters.
- Ensure the school meets the Keeping Children Safe in Education requirements through Safer Recruitment.

What you will need to succeed: -
- Previous HR experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels in the organisation
- Good level of IT Skills

Parrs Wood High School is a popular oversubscribed mixed 11-18 community school with a thriving sixth form that has a proven record of academic excellence.
The original school opened in 1967 as an 11-18 co-educational comprehensive situated in the South Manchester suburb of Didsbury.
It now occupies an enviable site at the heart of the community, having been completely rebuilt in 2000.

Many of our students join Parrs Wood Sixth Form Centre from Parrs Wood High School and many come from other institutions across Manchester and from neighbouring authorities.
