This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in managing Denefield’s HR function. This rewarding and varied role will suit a flexible and adaptable individual looking to utilise their HR skills within an educational environment.

 

With strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, the HR Manager will provide comprehensive, operational HR advice and support across the whole employee lifecycle. As a member of the senior business team, the post holder will also drive strategic HR projects identified as priorities by the school. The successful candidate will be either Level 5 CIPD qualified / hold a CIPD Associate Diploma, or have equivalent qualification by experience.
