Part time or term time only will be considered.
We are looking for a highly motivated and rigorous HR Officer to join the team, supporting across Ellis Guilford School and The Bulwell Academy. The HR Officer is the first point of contact for HR related matters and is key in co-ordinating and supporting the employee life cycle.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, flexible, possess excellent IT skills and will be able to communicate effectively with staff and external agencies.
You will have:
- experience of working in a HR environment
- knowledge of HR policies and processes
- effective written and oral communication skills
- the ability to work proactively in order to manage the workload of the HR Office
- the ability to work effectively individually and also as part of a team complimenting the work of existing colleagues
