This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to support the HR advisory team and work towards a Level 5 HR Apprenticeship qualification.
You will work across several departments and sites of The Sheffield College to provide a timely, efficient and professional HR service to all our internal and external customers.
This will be a busy and varied role with a wide range of generalist HR responsibilities. You will provide a key point of contact for the HR team, and offer advice and guidance on HR policy and process.
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to establish and maintain a strong professional working relationship with College managers and their teams. A solution focused attitude is key to success in this role.
If you have previous experience working within a HR environment and are interested in pursuing a career in this area, we can offer you the experience and development to succeed.
