IBDP Computer Science Teacher

International School ERUDITO Licejus, located in Lithuania, is a dynamic and forward-thinking institution committed to providing high-quality international education. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated IBDP Computer Science Teacher to join our Design and Technology department. This position offers the opportunity to teach the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) Computer Science course at the High/Secondary School level.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in IB DP Computer Science.
- Develop lesson plans that meet curriculum standards while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Mathematics and Computer Science department to enhance interdisciplinary learning.
- Support students’ personal development aligned with school values.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably within an IB environment or similar international curriculum.
- Strong knowledge of IB DP Computer Science syllabus, including programming, systems design, algorithms, data structures, and computational thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage secondary school students effectively.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching practices.
