Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity?

As one of our highly valued ICT Technicians, you will be based at Iceni Secondary Academy and will be required to travel to Iceni Primary Academy and The Nicholas Hamond Academy. We will look to you to support our Network Managers in expanding and maintaining academy ICT systems, involving you in everything from planned expansions and migrations to reactive maintenance and the specification of new software.

Every day, being an ICT Technician with ATT will bring different challenges, as you ensure that our systems remain operational, easy to use and virus-free, and create user guides for teachers and students. Naturally, you will need sound experience of providing ICT support, spanning network operating systems, equipment and cabling, good understanding of LAN, WAN and internet topologies, and a deep understanding of hardware and software.

Equally important, you should be able to manage your time effectively and prioritise a workload across multiple sites, and you will enjoy dealing with end users. If you are familiar with the application of ICT in education, so much the better, but it’s your passion for best practice and your meticulous attention to detail that will matter most.

In return, we offer to you:

  • An amazing people development offer through our ATT Institute providing you with continuous self-development.
  • A comprehensive package of benefits via our benefits platform. You will enjoy a generous pension scheme, shopping discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, cinema tickets and an employee assistance programme.
  • We are happy to talk flexible working with all applicants for all roles.
  • Local Government Pension Scheme
  • You’ll have plenty of opportunity to grow your career in a large organisation with a warm and supportive environment.
