Job overview
We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic person to join our team, to manage the day-to-day running of the School's Inclusion and Behavioural Support Base (BSB) room effectively, having good behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
The successful applicant will have previous experience of working with young people in an academy environment or similar. This post would suit a resilient, highly driven and self-motivated individual, who will go the extra mile to ensure that students achieve beyond their own expectations.
