Job overview
Our students come to us from mainstream schools for various reasons, such as challenging behaviour or the need for a temporary respite. Through our Short Term Educational Programme (STEP), these students receive the strategies and support they need to return to their schools with renewed confidence and skills helping them rediscover their potential and thrive.
For those needing a longer-term solution, our Long Term Educational Programme (LTEP) offers a nurturing environment until they complete their Year 11 examinations. We collaborate closely with local authorities and mainstream schools to ensure a smooth transition to further education or employment. Our success rate in these transitions is exceptionally high.
We are renowned for our expertise in supporting young people with special needs, particularly those with social, emotional, and mental health challenges, specific learning difficulties, ADHD, and autism. Our small class sizes and high adult-to-student ratio create a supportive environment where students can thrive. Our bespoke ASD provision caters specifically to students with non-verbal autism.
Working across three sites, Education Links offers a vibrant and supportive workplace where passionate educators can make a real difference. If you are dedicated to helping young people succeed and are looking for a rewarding career, we invite you to join our team.
