Repton operates across two state-of-the-art campuses on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.

  • Rose Campus (Foundation School): Established in 2013, Rose Campus caters to students from Nursery to Year 2, providing a nurturing environment for approximately 600 young learners.
  • Fry Campus: Opened in 2017, Fry Campus serves students from Year 3 to Year 13, including Senior School students who follow iGCSE and A-Level programmes. Fry Campus accommodates approximately 1,800 students, bringing the total capacity across both campuses to 2,300 students.


About the School

The Early Years are housed on Rose campus. A specially designed foundation school campus catering for Nursery – Year 2. The facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, multiple gymnasiums and outdoor playgrounds all cater towards early years students. Staff and students also benefit from being an Apple Distinguished School. The structure of the Early Years allows for middle leadership opportunities, including; heads of department and heads of subject.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities:

  • Bachelors (QFE 7) in a related subject
  • Qualified Teacher Status; and 
  • EITHER - Bachelors (QFE 7) in Special Education
  • OR - Bachelors of Education with PGCE or Masters and relevant teaching experience teacher Students of Determination; 
  • OR - Bachelors in Special Education plus PGCE / Masters in Education
  • Have experience in a school with an outstanding track record 
  • Minimum 3 years post qualification experience as an Inclusion Teacher or inclusion-related role in a school
  • Have experience teaching in a UK setting or renowned British Curriculum international school 
  • Be at least 25 years old
