We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Teacher for a prestigious school in Bahrain. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring an inclusive educational environment where all students can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized support to students with additional learning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify and differentiate instruction.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment and promote the well-being of all students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inclusive education setting.
- Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and behavioral challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with educational strategies for inclusion and differentiation.
