Post 16 SEND Provision Aylesbury (possible Bedford base could be discussed)

Working live online, in provision, in student homes and in the community

Full Time or 0.8 Considered 

£30,000 - £37,000 (Pro rata) 39 weeks per year + 5 training days

Salary dependant upon experience

RISE SPACE is Revolutionising SEND Education for aspirational learning, personal empowerment and confidence to shatter glass ceilings, reaching new levels of achievement with young people aged 16-25 years old. RISE prioritises understanding the whole person and uses this to inform the curriculum, programmes of support and to build a solid platform for future pathways.

RISE SPACE proudly operate very successful provisions in Bedfordshire and are now developing the Aylesbury provision. We are excited to grow our team to deliver the RISE SPACE bespoke Educational Packages to ever increasing numbers of young people in Buckinghamshire .

We are seeking a pioneering and energetic teacher to deliver an innovative Artsmark curriculum adapted and modified, not only to meet needs and outcomes and aspirations, but to develop the character, confidence and independence of the young people that attend. We seek team players that can motivate and strengthen work based, community and social links, promote productivity, happiness, balance, contentment and opportunity.

• the ability to deliver Artsmark, manage curriculum and awards entry?
• the flexibility to deliver this online, in homes and in the community as well as in provision, accessing learners who are hardest to reach?
• the ability to deliver high quality teaching and achieve strong outcomes?
• a passion for learning, with a good understanding of current educational issues?
• the ability to create a safe and rich learning environment for our children?
• imagination, drive, determination, an aspirational mindset and enthusiasm?
• Successful experience teaching SEND children?
