We are seeking a Internal Seclusion Unit (ISU) Assistant to support learning by:
- Working with the Senior Leaders to develop and maintain an effective Seclusion provision that is relevant, up to date and meets the overall aims of the school.
- Liaising with departmental managers and other staff to ensure a close match between the school’s curriculum and the resources available to support class and independent study.
- To assist with the maintenance of administrative systems within Seclusion including historical data when needed
- Developing key relationships as a vital part of the role and ensure positive relationships are maintained
This pivotal role is available from ASAP and offers an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and focused team of colleagues dedicated to improving the lives of the more than 2000 students within our Trust.
