We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Islamic Teacher (UAE National) to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Islamic Studies education across various grade levels, from FS/KG to Year 13/Grade 12. The role requires a deep understanding of Islamic principles and the ability to engage students effectively, fostering a strong foundation in Islamic education while promoting academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Islamic Studies lessons that align with the school's curriculum and educational objectives.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Utilize various instructional methods and resources to enhance student learning and participation.
- Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and behavior.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and achievement.
- Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment that supports students' educational and personal development.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to promote a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Work closely with colleagues, including other teachers and support staff, to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to education.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, address concerns, and involve them in the learning process.
- Participate in school meetings, committees, and professional development activities as required.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Islamic Studies and educational best practices.
- Pursue opportunities for professional growth and contribute to the school's mission through active participation in professional learning communities.
- Support and participate in school events, activities, and initiatives that contribute to the overall school community.
Encourage student involvement in extracurricular activities related to Islamic education and community service
