36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 4:00 pm

Grade APTC 3 Points 5 – 6

Full-time Salary £27,030 per annum

Actual Salary £23,224 per annum, inclusive of 5.8 week’s paid holiday

We have an exciting opportunity for an Isolation Room Supervisor. The ideal candidate will already possess the knowledge and experience to make this role successful and be able to provide the best support for our students.

The core purpose of the role is to manage, organise and run an effective Isolation Room and provide support to identified students who need behaviour support and intervention in order to successfully engage them in learning and integration into school life.

Our ideal candidate will:

•            Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

•            Have previous pastoral experience.

•            Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

•            Form strong relationships with students/parents/carers.

•            Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

We are an aged 11-16 mixed comprehensive with good pupils, supportive parents and an excellent staff.
